A tale of two developments

The photo top right shows an overlay of two images shot at the same spot in 2010 just next to the historic Spillers Mill. Originally built for the Foster family in 1896, Spillers Mill was supposed to be turned into a cultural heritage centre but has since been turned into 19 luxury apartments next to the station. The photo below is the meagre scattering of trees on the new site.
